Tenant Referral Rewards Program – Earn Up to $5,000!
Ethan Conrad Properties is excited to offer our current tenants a referral reward of up to $5,000 for each new tenant you refer who signs a lease at one of our available properties.
If you know someone looking for a new space to lease, simply refer them to us! Our team will follow up, share available options, and if your referral results in a signed lease, you’ll receive a reward ranging from $250 to $5,000.*

*Referral Credit Criteria:
- Referring Tenant must be leasing from Ethan Conrad Properties.
- The Referral Tenant must sign a minimum one (1) year lease agreement.
- The Referral Tenant must sign a lease within approximately ninety (90) days from the date this form is submitted to our office.
- Referrals are not valid if an outside Broker participated in any manner, directly or indirectly.
Referral Reward Payment:
- The Referral Payment will be distributed as your choice of a gift certificate or a rent credit.
- The Referral Payment shall be based on 10% of the final gross commission of referred lease, between a minimum of $250.00 to a maximum of $5,000.00.
